So I was just browsing around and stopped by the Crooks & Castles shop blog.
Seems like they wisely chose to use the same WordPress template as good ol’ Bigsteez.
Anyways just picked up the Flying Gun Tee in all over print on white for 20 bucks at the mall.  Yeah I hate the mall too but MetroPark has Crooks on clearance cuz the Abercrombies don’t buy them.

Kimbo Slice Knocked Out in 1st Round…

Mad props to Dave in Manchester NH for throwing his cash on Pertuzelli on my advice.  I don’t know what’s worse, this fight or the horrible announcers.  I’m pretty happy Kimbo got dropped cuz he acts way to hard for someone thats totally unproven in MMA.  His entourage is silly, his past fights are pathetic and I’m totally sick of him.  He didn’t even tap gloves with Petruzelli at the beginning.  It must really suck being the King at barekuckle backyard fights and getting to the big leagues and looking like a loser.

UFC 87: Seek & Destroy…

One of the best cards of the year takes place tonight in Minnesota. GSP defends his belt against the multi talented Jon Fitch while Kenny Florian and Roger Huerta will face off in what will likely be fight of the night. Above, Luke Cummo and Tamden McCrory look to put on a show in the Revenge of the Nerds match. Haha, just clowning but I thought these weigh-in pics were a riot. My picks bolded:

WNBA Fight…

Finally!  A reason to watch women’s basketball… not much of a throwdown but still pretty funny.  Mad props to them for not pulling hair and bitch slapping.  They are apparently “role models” so don’t expect too much of this.  I like the walk through move of that one chick except she gets tossed.  Even the coaches couldn’t resist tossing some ladies around!

Sasha Vujacic Contemplates suicide… Comes out of closet…

It’s no secret, Sasha Vujacic sucks balls and isn’t afraid to show it on the court.  I’m forced to draw the conclusion that sucking balls that hard equates to him being gay.  He may however be my favorite salami pirate, as I owe him endless gratitude for letting Ray “Iceberg” Allen stroll by him for the game sealing 4th quarter layup in Game 4.  No to take anything away from Ray Ray, he’s the man, but seriously how does one get in the NBA playing such cupcake defense?  That’s a career ending fuck up if C’s win the Finals.

During a press conference, LA’s most fruity baller had this to say about his defensive mistake… “Shit, I am seriously horrible.  I need a mimosa and a rimjob…”

You got Rondo’d!

Had to post a Rondo highlight for all the BBall fans or anyone checking out the Finals.  Definitely my favorite point guard in the league regardless of growing up a Celtics fan.  He brings that streetball style and great court sense that so many players don’t utilize.  Basically, he just fuckin fun to watch.  I read something in the paper about how players are using “Rondo’d” as a term for getting burned by the high flying 6 foot one incher.

What can I say, this shirt is fuggin awesome.  I love the zebra nose.  An artistic nod of the hat to a visual hip hop icon and great MC.  What would hip hop be without the Humpty Dance?

Urijah Faber vs. Jens Pulver…

If you own a Television, you owe it to yourself to check out this fight Sunday night (June 1st) at 9pm on VERSUS. #1 ranked Featherweight Urijah Faber will defend his belt against Pulver who is undefeated at this weight class. VERSUS is hyping up this fight as the “Greatest Cagefight in History” and while that claim is audacious, I would have to say its not far from the truth.

I would have preferred to see Pulver take a few more fights before this one so I could get a better idea of who the fuck is gonna win this. Faber is unbelievable but Pulver has always been a dominant force at this weight class and his swift brutal submission of Cub Swanson impressed me. One thing is certain, Pulver will land shots and Faber will pull off some of his improvisional ninja moves. I’ve said it before, WEC is awesome, free, and their lighter weight divisions are sick!

I Love Dipset (No Homo) Tee…

Had to holler at my old employers MixUnit.com for some bloggy blog material.  When you work at a mix tape site for two years you start to fully appreciate Dipset.  Listening to mixtapes all day can get old so you need a little Dipset.  They always comes through with some funny ass lyrics that make them rise above the rest.  I still sweat Camron verses.  This shirt is a riot because most people don’t know what “a dipset” is.  Hit up the site and cop some new music and check out their selection. 

Jeepney “Shogun Assassin” Tee…

Yeeeeees.  I am slowly liking the Jeepney brand more and more.  In the last year they have definitely stepped up their designs and this latest Shogun Assassin Tribute Tee is easily my favorite.  The front is an artsy rendition of the Assassin or “Lone Wolf” with the Shogun himself on the back.  A must have for any and all Kung Fu or Samurai Movie enthusiasts.  If you have never seen Shogun Assassin I would say its one of the finest films of its genre and its sequels are equally impressive.   Although Jeepney spared the films  liberal blood splattering/squirting/spraying on the tee, I still feel the need to cop this one…  Click the pics for the Kazbah link to check their entire line.
